I've lived in 10 different cities in 5 different states in my 19 years, and by far the best place I could imagine for kids is Arden Hills. There are great schools in the Moundsview district, Movie theatres, the Twin Cities at your beck and call, and almost no serious crime in this suburb. It's fantastic! Highly recommend it to families with young children!
